Art 4 Growth Classes and Workshops allow the
participants to tap into and grow their inherent creativity.
Through a variety of exercises utilizing a broad range of
materials participants will be able to create process
oriented artwork.
Some of the exercises are based on the powerful process
of SoulCollage®. Often topics are introduced through
"Guided Imageries".
The emphasis of the class is not placed on the product
but on the inner experiences which take place during the
creative endeavor.
The artwork is seen as the outer manifestation of inner
experiences. Therefore the work can be seen as a mirror
of the self.
Often knowledge is revealed in the artwork long before it
might be expressed in other conscious form.
Because of that assumption part of the weekly sessions is
spent on looking at and "reading between the lines " of
the individual creations.
All is done in a respectful and confidential manner.
Growth and Self Discovery through Art are powerful
processes and at the same time non threatening tools for
further creative and personal development .
Working within a small group creates a safe and
respectful atmosphere and allows insight as well as fun.
